Rappel à Dieu d'Alassane Cissé : La levée du corps est prévue ce jeudi à 14 h, à la mosquée TaahiKaw de Thiès
In a press release, the Association of Journalists in Health, Population and Development (AJSPD) announced the recall to God, which occurred on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, of Alassane Cissé, former president of the AJSPD, until 2023, before passing the torch to Eugène Kaly of the national daily "Le Soleil".
Paying tribute to the distinguished career of the deceased, known for his discretion, his sense of ethics and his unwavering passion for his profession, the AJSPD paid tribute to his talents by highlighting his leadership and professional rigor.
The AJSPD informs that the removal of the journalist's body is scheduled for this Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 2 p.m., at the TaahiKaw mosque in Thiès, followed by burial at the cemetery in the same district.
