Traite de personnes au Ghana : 5 trafiquants arrêtés, 57 victimes libérées
The Ghanaian police have cracked down hard on human trafficking. The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrested five Nigerian suspects and released 57 victims during an operation conducted on October 22, 2025, in Adom Estates, Community 25. The five individuals arrested are Joel Nosa, Collins Rotimi, Shadrack Lulu, Austin Amahuaro, and John Uloko. They operated as part of a sophisticated criminal network that lured young Nigerians to Ghana under false promises.
The network lured men and women between the ages of 18 and 26 with promises of employment and educational opportunities. Once in Ghana, the victims were forced to participate in online romance scams and other criminal activities.
Police recovered 77 laptops, 38 mobile phones, two vehicles, three televisions, and various internet-connected devices. All of this equipment was used in the network's criminal activities.
The 57 released Nigerian nationals are currently receiving necessary care and support. The suspects remain in police custody for investigation purposes.
Ghanaian authorities are warning the public, especially young people, against job offers from unverified sources on social media and other outlets. They encourage anyone with information about similar criminal activity to contact the nearest police station.

ceux sont des francophones de cote d ivoire et du togo qui frequentent le togo et ceux sont eux qui s'occupent des autres africains d'expression francaise....un anglophonne n'arrive pas à les convaincre
