Burkina Faso : Des convocations adressées aux responsables de boulangerie pour causes sanitaires
The Municipal Police, through the Directorate of the Police for Sanitation and Urban Tranquility (DPSTU), carried out an unannounced inspection operation in several bakeries in the capital with the Consumer League.
The officers noted numerous irregularities, including failure to comply with hygiene regulations and the lack of up-to-date administrative documents. Equipment was seized and summonses were issued to those responsible.
This operation aims to guarantee the health safety of consumers and to remind those involved in the sector of their obligation to comply with the public hygiene code.
