A guest on the show "Un Tour avec" on TFM, Mbacké Dioum spoke about his relationship with international star Akon, whom he prefers to call "Alioune Badara Thiam", highlighting a relationship of brotherhood and trust that extends far beyond the artist.

"It's not just a matter of proximity, but also of recognition for the man behind the world star," Mr. Dioum told Bouba Ndour.

Mbacké Dioum spoke about a new project he has been working with Akon, nicknamed "The Project," which is about to make waves.

"The first single, Akon Viviane, will be released in November, having already been filmed between Los Angeles and Senegal," he revealed. But this project is much more than just an album: "it's a promotional platform for young Senegalese artists, a springboard to the international scene."

Mr. Dioum emphasized the star's commitment: "Alioune Badara Thiam is putting a lot of energy into this project; he wants to support young talent and give them global visibility. The project takes into account all musical styles, without distinction."

For Mbacké Dioum, the businessman and singer is a "committed brother" who often acts discreetly. "Akon has good intentions for Senegal. He helps many of our compatriots, often discreetly. We must thank him for his love for the country and his constant investment in his younger artist brothers."
