Since September 2024, public debate in Senegal has been raging around the issue of accountability. However, behind this widely publicized phrase lie multiple, often confused, realities. It is in this context that Dr. Boubacar Demba Ba has published a new book entitled: "Accountability, Account Reduction, and Account Re-evaluation: The Terms of the Debate."
