APE-4 : Le message du Ministre des Finances aux investisseurs et épargnants Directs
Last Thursday, Senegal officially launched its fourth Public Offering of Savings (APE-4) of the year. During the launch ceremony, the Minister of Finance and Budget, Cheikh Diba, addressed a message to the target audience of the operation.
“I would like to address direct investors and savers. Senegal is moving forward. It is moving forward methodically and rigorously by mobilizing citizens, businesses, the diaspora and partners around the rebuilding of its economy. The country is taking its commitments seriously,” he assures.
Sheikh Diba also specifies to them that Senegal's sovereign signature is backed by a strengthened budgetary and financial framework, reforms to modernize the tax and customs administration, improvements in public spending and finer management of the debt.
"This loan is an opportunity to put savings at the service of transformation, for concrete, visible and lasting results. Your participation is an act of trust, but also a commitment to financing the economy," he said.
Beyond resource mobilization, the State of Senegal aims to build a long-term relationship with these stakeholders, based on trust, foresight, transparency, and respect for obligations. "That is why I urge you to massively support this operation, which represents both a secure investment and a direct contribution to the progress of our nation," the minister stated.

Ça va être un peu difficile cette fois ci. Les Sénégalais participaient à cause du projet. Le président Diomaye Faye ne suit plus le projet et les patriotes n'ont plus confiance. Moi j'ai participé à 3 de ces épargnes directes et je ne suis pas sure cette fois ci. Je ne veux pas que mon argent finance 'Diomaye Président' donc il faut éliminer la caisse noire du Président Diomaye Faye.
Avec le désaccord politique entre Diomaye et Sonko, les gens font faire une pause. Il faut savoir que ceux qui participent le font parce qu’ils ont confiance à Ousmane Sonko, le politicien le plus intègre de l'histoire du Sénégal. On a confiance a lui, pas Diomaye ou quiconque d'autre. On n’a même pas confiance à Pastef, on a confiance à Ousmane Sonko. Je parle pour la majorité des Sénégalais.

Cette fois ci , pas de participation financière ni encouragement ou incitation à quelqu'un à le faire par crainte etrisque d'être déçu . Le projet pastéfien qui élu le Président n'est plus respecté ou suivi . Attendons de voir la suite. SONKO SEUL fait bouger les lignes
