Following an initial round of criticism, Donald Trump continued his rhetoric on Wednesday, portraying Volodymyr Zelensky as a "dictator." The task of explaining Washington's position now falls to U.S. special envoy Keith Kellogg, who arrived in kyiv on Wednesday. President Zelensky said he hoped their meeting on Thursday could lead to a "constructive" dialogue with the United States.
