THIÈS : En défendant sa femme, il cogne la tête d’un enfant contre un poteau électrique
Mr. FD is ready to do anything to defend his wife. To defend her, who was arguing with her 10-year-old younger brother, the man resorted to violence by banging the boy's head against an electric pole.
The victim's parents immediately filed a complaint with the police for intentional assault and battery resulting in a temporary incapacity for work (ITT) of 15 days.
The suspect was arrested and then placed in pre-trial detention.
In the dock at the Thiès court, FD admitted to the facts, explaining that the child had bumped into the post while trying to escape a punishment. He added that the little boy was fighting with his son and that when his wife intervened to separate them, the child turned on her and punched her.
Considering the facts established, the public prosecutor requested the application of the law.
