Affaire Bébé Diène : Son tuteur envoyé en prison, Boy Kaïré cité dans le dossier.
Like wrestler Bébé Diène and deputy mayor Nini Diallo, Boubacar Thiam, residing in Lac Rose, was placed under arrest warrant this Friday, May 8, by the judge of the 1st chamber of the Pikine-Guédiawaye court, according to Seneweb sources.
During the preliminary investigation, Boubacar Thiam was presented as the guardian of Mamadou Thiam (Bébé Diène), whom he claims to consider his adopted child. However, no legal adoption has been formalized.
When questioned about his involvement in the false birth declaration, he claimed to have acted in good faith and at the request of Boy Kaïré and the late Mor Niang, who allegedly initiated the process because of the sporting potential of the Guinean Amadou Cheikhou Diallo, alias Bébé Diène.
According to Seneweb, of the 11 people arrested in this civil registry fraud case in the municipality of Wakhinane Nimzatt, nine have been sent to prison. Two others have been released under judicial supervision.
