Tribunal de Dakar : Relaxe pure et simple de Mo Gates
Mohamet Bakara Diallo, alias "Mo Gates", is free. Placed under arrest warrant on December 11, 2025, for complicity in the misappropriation of seized goods, the influencer was tried yesterday, Monday, by the Dakar court of flagrant offenses.
Represented by lawyers Khadim Kébé and others, the defendant contested the charges against him, maintaining that he knew nothing about the case. The plaintiff, Pape Mbaye, represented by his counsel, Souleymane Soumaré, ultimately withdrew from the case.
However, the public prosecutor considered that the facts against Mo Gates were consistent and requested that he be found guilty of complicity or receiving stolen goods.
But in the end, the court acquitted Mo Gates of all charges.
