GOLF SUD : Un individu arrêté en flagrant délit de dépeçage d'un cadavre de mouton ramassé

The District Commissioner of Golf Sud arrested an individual on Sunday, December 21, 2025, for illegal slaughter and endangering the lives of others.

This arrest follows an operational intelligence report concerning the recovery of an animal carcass. According to the police, the suspect allegedly collected the carcass of a sheep and transported it to his home, with the clear intention of butchering it and selling the meat, which was unfit for consumption.

Deployed to the scene, officers from the Research Brigade (BR) of the Golf Sud police station caught the individual in the act of butchering an animal at his home. The suspect was immediately apprehended and taken to the police station, while the carcass was seized.

During his interrogation, the individual admitted the facts, confessing his intention to sell the meat on the market.
