SU de Guédiawaye : L'ancien député Bougazelli refuse de répondre aux questions des enquêteurs
Former APR deputy and real estate agent Seydina Fall, alias Bougazelli, was taken from Rebeuss prison yesterday, Wednesday, for further legal proceedings, just days after being sentenced to two months in prison in a real estate fraud case involving nearly two million CFA francs. He was questioned about the events that led to his release. However, he refused to answer investigators' questions, according to Seneweb sources. He stated that he would remain silent until his lawyer arrived, thus delaying his hearing.
Nevertheless, Bougazelli was placed in police custody after a favorable opinion from the prosecutor of Pikine-Guédiawaye.
As a reminder, Ms. A. Sall filed a complaint on December 11th against broker Moustapha Ndiaye and Seydina Fall for breach of trust. According to the complainant's statements, she had spoken with the broker about an apartment belonging to Bougazelli.
After agreeing to the lease, he collected the sum of 370,000 CFA francs in November 2025 against a receipt and promised to deliver the premises within a short period, in vain.
The broker summoned to the Guédiawaye SU in this case did not comply with the summons.
