Young man MN should find a job to support himself. Around 30 years old, he was sent to prison for stealing 106,500 CFA francs from his brother. MN was having financial problems. When he borrowed money from his brother, he refused to honor his request.
This is how he discreetly went to steal the sum of 106,500 CFA francs from him.
And when the victim noticed his money was missing, he automatically knew it was MN
He then filed a complaint with the police against this young man for theft.
Arrested, MN is placed under arrest warrant at the MAC of Thiès.
In court at the Cité du Rail District Court, the defendant admitted the facts. He stated that he stole the money because he was having financial difficulties.
Considering the facts to be consistent, the public prosecutor requested the application of the law.
The case is adjourned for hearing on November 3, 2025.
