Tribunal de Pikine-Guédiawaye : Le procès de « Bineta Mécanicien » et ses 12 coprévenus renvoyé au 14 janvier
The case of Bineta Sarr, alias Bineta Mécanicien, which was brought before the Pikine-Guédiawaye court of flagrant offenses this Friday, has been adjourned to January 14, 2026.
The group in question consists of thirteen people, including eight men and five women. They are Amadou Woury Diallo, Oumar Diallo, Olivier Bampoky, Fallou Mbow, Amara Mboup, Souleymane Sonko, Abdourahmane Mbengue alias Papa, Fallou Diop, Aissatou Ndiaye Diop alias Aida, Diminga Basse, Madjiguène Ndiaye alias Mathiou, Aida Souaré and Bineta Sarr alias Bineta Mécanicien.
They are all being prosecuted for criminal conspiracy. In addition to this offense, eight of them are also being prosecuted for endangering the lives of others. Madjiguène Ndiaye (Mathiou) and Bineta Mécanicien are also being prosecuted for inciting a minor to debauchery.
The woman named Mathiou is also accused of possessing images contrary to public morals.
As for the apartment managers, Amadou Woury Diallo and Oumar Diallo, they are being prosecuted for non-compliance with the provisions of decree n°2005-145 of March 2, 2005, regulating tourist accommodation establishments.
Since some of the defendants did not yet have legal counsel to ensure their defense, the judge decided to postpone the case to allow them to appoint a lawyer and thus guarantee respect for the rights of the defense.
