Beyoncé est devenue milliardaire

Beyoncé has officially reached billionaire status after a particularly lucrative year, joining the very select group of singers who have crossed this threshold, Forbes magazine reported on Monday.
The Texas singer thus finds herself, at 44, in the small club which already includes her husband Jay Z, Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen and Rihanna.
According to the publication, which is a leading authority when it comes to ranking the wealthiest individuals, her latest tour, the "Cowboy Carter Tour," has generated over $400 million, making it the most lucrative tour for a solo artist in 2025.
His previous "Renaissance" tour had grossed $600 million, according to the magazine.
By combining these earnings with those from her music catalog and other deals, Forbes estimated that Beyoncé, also known as "Queen Bey", has become "the third highest-paid musician in the world", without giving a precise estimate of her total fortune.
Forbes pointed out that, although the singer has explored other sectors such as beauty, beverages and clothing, "the bulk of her fortune comes from her music, controlling the rights to her extremely valuable catalog and deriving massive revenues from her world tours."
Winner of 35 Grammy Awards (including Album of the Year in 2025), the Texan will co-chair the Metropolitan Museum of Art's annual gala in New York next May.
