Affaire Softcare : La société dénonce les rumeurs et menace de poursuites légales
Faced with what it calls "defamation" and "slanderous accusations," Softcare Sn Company Ltd has broken its silence. In a statement released on Monday, December 22, the company announced that it reserves the right to take all necessary legal action to protect its interests and reputation. "Our company will use all legal means to defend its image and protect itself against false information," its official statement emphasizes.
So far, the company maintains that it preferred to let the relevant authorities conduct the necessary investigations. "We have always believed that the various government entities would reach correct conclusions based on the facts. We therefore did not wish to unnecessarily occupy the public space," the statement reads.
Furthermore, Softcare calls on all stakeholders and the public to wait for the official investigation report before drawing any conclusions.
