An alert and prevention tool
According to the DGPRE, this daily monitoring helps feed into an early warning system to prevent flood risks and strengthen the resilience of local populations to climate hazards. The bulletins are intended for administrative authorities, local authorities, technical services, NGOs, and residents of the affected areas.
