Dakar : Le commissariat central frappe fort contre la délinquance urbaine
The central police station in Dakar conducted a large-scale security operation during the night of Saturday, November 15th to Sunday, November 16th, 2025, aimed at strengthening the fight against urban crime. This operation, carried out from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, mobilized more than 400 uniformed and plainclothes police officers from the central station and its local units. It is part of the police authorities' strategy to neutralize individuals who disturb the peace of the capital's residents.
Placed under the supervision of Divisional Commissioner Mamadou Tendeng, head of the Regional Public Security Service (SRSP), the operation targeted several areas known for their high crime rates. Teams conducted an intensive sweep of Dakar's sensitive thoroughfares, with the primary objective of increasing the public's sense of security.
At the end of this large-scale operation, according to Seneweb sources, 311 individuals were arrested for various offenses, including:

35 for public drunkenness
08 for possession and collective use of Indian hemp (04 packets)
09 for offer and transfer of Indian hemp (2.7 kg and 34 cones)
01 for possession and trafficking of Kush
02 for possession and use of Indian hemp
03 for possession and trafficking of drugs (03 tramadol tablets and 22 g of cocaine)
01 for possession of ecstasy
14 for investigative purposes
01 for aggravated theft
01 for failure to register in health files
01 for driving under the influence of alcohol
Seizures and fixed assets
479 items seized, relating to various traffic violations
19 vehicles immobilized
58 motorcycles immobilized

Il ne faut pas seulement dénoncer sur les réseaux sociaux, il faut plutôt appeler au numéro vert de la police ou aller déposer une plainte contre ces malfrats à la police.
