Justice : le tribunal de commerce tranche un conflit entre deux agences de l'État
The Dakar Commercial Court has ordered the Market Regulation Agency (ARM) to pay 88.6 million CFA francs to the Société d'exploitation du marché d'intérêt national de la Gare des gros porteurs (SEMIG) in unpaid rent.
Les Échos explains that the dispute arose from a contract signed in November 2023, which authorized ARM to build and operate a shed for storing onions on the market site.
Small consolation for the ARM: the court dismissed the SEMIG's request for its expulsion.

Une grosse farce tout ceci : Ces deux organisations ne dependent ils pas du meme ministere ? Pourquoi n'a t on pas fait d'arbitrage en interne au lieu d'aller enrichir des avocats et d'encombrer le tribunal.
