Kanel : mort suspecte d'un bébé, une autopsie en cours
In the night from Wednesday to Thursday, the lifeless body of a 2-year-old girl was discovered behind a house in Gourel Harane, a village in the department of Kanel (northeast of Senegal), reports Libération.
According to a security source quoted by the newspaper, the victim's body showed signs of strangulation. An autopsy is underway at the Kanel health center to determine the exact cause of death.
