Mbao : Accusé de viol sur sa cousine de 13 ans, un livreur crie au complot familial

The Zac Mbao district police station arrested PM Ndiaye, a 21-year-old delivery driver, on Wednesday, November 12. The young man is being prosecuted for the rape and abduction of a minor, his 13-year-old cousin. While in custody, he claims a family conspiracy, according to Seneweb sources.

The case began on September 5, 2025, when Ms. AF Faye went to the police station to file a complaint on behalf of her 13-year-old daughter, SMM Ndiaye, a student living in the Binal housing complex in the Zac Mbao district. Ms. Faye accused PM Ndiaye, a cousin of the family who lived in the same house, of raping her daughter. When questioned by investigators, the young girl stated that she had been sexually abused twice during 2024.

According to her statements, the accused took advantage of the absence of other family members to lure her into the living room where he raped her.

The victim's mother confirmed that the events came to light when her daughter confided in her grandmother. She also stated that PM Ndiaye admitted to the assaults in front of several family members before fleeing to Gambia.

As part of the investigation, the gynecologist at Youssou Mbargane Hospital in Rufisque was assigned a request for examination. In his findings, the doctor noted "a suspicion of rape. Perineum intact. Hymenal notch at 7 o'clock and clean anal margin."

Since last September, the suspect had been actively sought by law enforcement. Finally, on November 12, 2025, information indicating his presence in the Binal neighborhood of the Mbao business park reached the police station. A search operation was immediately launched to apprehend him and bring him to the Ndiaye police station.

When questioned in the presence of his lawyer, he denied the accusations against him. He instead claimed a conspiracy orchestrated by the grandmother and mother of the girl, SMM Ndiaye. According to him, they resented him for his financial success and could not tolerate him continuing to frequent the neighborhood after they had kicked him out of the family home.

The public prosecutor has been informed of this case. The investigation is ongoing.
