MISSIRAH (TAMBACOUNDA) : Une collision entre deux tracteurs fait un mort et trois blessés
The road has claimed victims again. This time, it was on national road number 7, 2 km from the village of Hamdalaye Pont in the commune of Missirah, department of Tambacounda, that the irreparable damage occurred last night around 9 p.m.
The tractor with registration number AA 257 MH, which was traveling in the direction of Missirah - Tambacounda, collided with another tractor with registration number AA 905WK. Due to the violence of the collision, Adama Diop, born in 1999 in Merina Pallene in the Louga region, died instantly. Three people were injured, two of whom are in serious condition. They are Modou Diop, aged 17, born in Gossas, an apprentice driver; Mansour Dieng, aged around 30; and Ousmane Diouf, born in 1986 in Gossas, a driver.
Alerted, elements of the Dialacoto gendarmerie brigade deployed to the scene along with the firefighters. After assessment, the injured and the lifeless body were taken to the Tambacounda regional hospital.
The investigation is ongoing to determine the true circumstances of this accident.
