OFNAC : Le sort du personnel et du président actuel, Serigne Bassirou Guèye, en question

The rapporteur for the Committee on Law, Decentralization, Labor, and Human Rights, Youngare Dione, stated that during the meeting, several MPs questioned the future of the agents of the National Office for the Fight against Fraud and Corruption (OFNAC) in the event of the body's dissolution, as well as the status of its current president, Serigne Bassirou Guèye, a former public prosecutor. This will occur after the new law comes into force.

In response, the Minister of Justice sought to reassure elected officials. Ousmane Diagne stated that the texts included provisions guaranteeing the preservation of the rights and interests of staff, with the understanding that they are not responsible for the institutional changes they undergo.

The National Assembly is currently examining the bill creating the new OFNAC.

...Mais vous pensez que nous allons pleurer sur le sort de Bassirou Gueye ancien conseiller d'1 tyran et qui a mis sous son propre coude les dossiers qui n'étaient pas sous le coude du tyran ? D'ailleurs il faudrait mentionner qu'il est déjà annoncé comme "exilé" comme beaucoup de membres du Gang !
