Parcelles-Assainies : 2 jeunes arrêtés pour des caresses sur les seins et les parties intimes d’une fille en pleine rue
The police station in the 15th district of Parcelles-Assainies arrested two Senegalese nationals for indecent assault with violence. They are PG Ndiaye, 18, who claims to be a goalkeeper, and M. Seck, 17, who says he is a laborer, Seneweb has learned.
According to the victim, 15-year-old KR Dasilva, who was accompanied by her stepfather HL Guèye, the incident occurred as she was returning home from school. Around 4 p.m., her mother had sent her to the shop to buy lemons.
On her way, she encountered a group of young people who tried unsuccessfully to distract her. As she continued on her way, one of them suddenly lifted her dress, while another took the opportunity to touch her private parts and breasts. Her dress was even torn during their assault. The attackers fled when alerted neighbors saw them.
The swift investigation led to the arrest of the two suspects. Under questioning, they admitted to the charges against them, claiming they considered their actions a mere game.
The investigation is ongoing and the Public Prosecutor has been informed of the case.

ces deux maleduquès doivent etre punis....payer 100.000 frs à la fille ...et netoyer la rue dans leur commune pendant 1 mois......de vrais sauvages.
Mais utilisez les bons termes aussi! Dans ce cas là il s'agit "d'attouchements" et non pas de "caresses". Respectez la victime quand même!
