SONAGED : Les 31 agents sans salaire suspendent leur sit-in et privilégient le dialogue
This suspension comes after a meeting between the SONAGED General Management and the National Union of Public and Parapublic Administration Agents (SYNAP-CNTS). The management expressed its willingness to open a sincere and constructive dialogue with a view to finding a definitive and lasting solution to the situation of the 31 agents who have remained without pay for more than 14 months.
In their statement, the agents reiterate that their struggle is "legal, legitimate, and just," and that they remain mobilized and vigilant while awaiting a favorable response from management. "For the sake of appeasement and responsibility, we have chosen to give dialogue a chance," the collective states, while emphasizing that the suffering they have experienced for over a year is unbearable.
The collective urges all stakeholders to maintain an open mind so that the 31 officers can finally regain their rights. They denounce "long months of suffering, misery, and psychosis" and call for a swift resolution to put an end to this situation.
