Tagatt 2026 : La Marine nationale renforce ses capacités
The French Navy is committed to strengthening its operational capabilities. From March 16 to 18, 2026, several naval units were mobilized alongside squads of marine commandos, maritime special forces operators, and Air Force aircraft. They conducted large-scale maneuvers. This synergy between land, naval, and air components illustrates the armed forces' commitment to consolidating their coordination in complex operational environments.
According to the French Navy, Exercise Tagatt 2026 allowed for the testing and improvement of the tactical skills of the various units involved. It also strengthened the forces' ability to operate as a naval group, a key issue in the face of current security challenges.
Beyond training, this edition placed particular emphasis on interoperability between the French Navy and the Air Force.
