HLM : Arrêté par la police, le Guinéen avait dissimulé la drogue dans ses parties intimes

During an operation by the search brigade of the Biscuiterie-HLM district police station, under the command of Commissioner Balla Kébé, on Monday, September 22, 2025, at around 1 p.m., an individual suspected of being involved in a drug trafficking network at Montagne HLM was arrested. The suspect had hidden some of his merchandise in his private parts. The individual, named Y. Sidibé, born in 2000 in Guinea, claims to be a mechanic living at Montagne HLM.

The BR had received information indicating the existence of a vast drug trafficking network in Nadio Park, located in the Montagne housing project. This same source identified a man named Y. Sidibé as the alleged instigator of this network.

Armed with this information, a stakeout was set up at the entrance to Nadio Park. It was during this stakeout that the suspect was spotted leaving the area. He was tailed before being arrested at the Montagne housing project.

The first search revealed that Sidibé was in possession of three cones of Indian hemp. But it was during the thorough security pat-down that the most surprising discovery was made: a plastic bag containing kush was hidden in his private parts, according to Seneweb sources.

A sum of 5,500 CFA francs was also discovered on him, probably constituting the proceeds of his illicit activities. After weighing the bulk of the drug kush in the constant presence of the accused, a total weight of 12.9 g was recorded.

The evidence seized includes 12.9g of kush, three cones of Indian hemp, and a sum of 5,500 CFA francs. These items were provisionally seized for the purpose of sealing before being filed with the registry of the Dakar High Court.

For these facts, Y. Sidibé was placed in police custody for offering and transferring kush and offering and transferring Indian hemp, after notification of his rights provided for by the new article 55 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
