Wakhinane Nimzatt : une fillette de 8 ans violée par une… dame
The case is causing a stir in the Wakhinane Nimzatt neighborhood, a suburb of Dakar, involving a woman, Kh. Ndiaye, charged with the repeated rape of an 8-year-old girl. L'Observateur, which reported the story, points out that the victim, nicknamed "Aminata" to protect her anonymity, lives in France and had come to Senegal with her mother for a vacation. The vacation turned into a nightmare when Kh. Ndiaye, a single neighbor close to the family, lured the girl into her home.
Taking advantage of the mother's temporary absence, the assaults allegedly began with simple touching and escalated into more serious sexual violence, including rubbing and fingering. These repeated acts caused intimate injuries and blood loss in the girl.
Alerted by the persistent symptoms, the mother insisted on getting the truth. After the girl's revelations, she immediately returned to Dakar to file a complaint.
A gynaecological examination carried out on request confirmed the little girl's "loss of virginity", providing decisive medical proof of the allegations.
Despite her denials, Kh. Ndiaye was brought before the public prosecutor and is now charged with rape of a minor under the age of 13, a crime aggravated by the victim's minority and the repeated abuse. According to the newspaper's sources, the accused "is not a first-time offender."

Notre politique par rapport à la Guinée doit être claire: Même si un guinéen est né ici il doit pas avoir la nationalité sénégalaise, vu la facilité avec laquelle Ils entrent dans notre pays. Sinon ce serait le suicide collectif.
