Yang-Yang : Un accident de « Wopouya » fait un mort et un blessé grave sur la piste sablonneuse
Dahra, Senegal – A tragic road accident occurred yesterday, Wednesday, around 3 p.m., on the sandy track connecting the town of Dahra to the village of Nawel, in the commune of Kamb.
A "Wopouya" (a transport vehicle often used for tracks) traveling on this route skidded and overturned on its left side near the village of Demba Ndiarno.
The accident left a heavy toll: one dead and one seriously injured. The deceased victim was a farmer named Madiop Sylla, aged around forty.
The lifeless body was taken care of by firefighters and taken to the morgue of the Dahra health center. The seriously injured person was admitted to the emergency department of the same health facility.
An investigation has been opened by the Yang-Yang gendarmerie to determine the exact circumstances of this tragedy.

Pourquoi autoriser ce genre de transport dangereux pour tout le monde
Dans ce genre de cercueils roulants,c est que les personnes sont assises sur le toit,sans aucune protection ,ou même d un appui sur lequel s accrocher lorsque l engin valse,même une accélération suivie d un freinage suffit a propulser les passagers en avant.
Mais comme c est souvent l unique moyen de transport pour faire certaines distances,alors les gens n ont pas vraiment le choix pour les éviter.
