The Armed Forces Sports Association (ASFA) will play in Ligue 2 next season. The military team, leaders with 61 points, who were neck and neck with Keur Madior (60 points), secured their promotion thanks to a 1-0 victory against Mansacounda on the 28th and final matchday of the playoffs.

After ten years spent between the National 2 and National 1 divisions, ASFA has finally returned to professional football. This promotion rewards a solid season and allows the military club to reconnect with Ligue 2, which it left a decade ago.
