CHAN 2024 : le Kenya arrache un bon point face à l'Angola
CHAN co-hosts Kenya have taken a significant step forward in their quest to qualify for the quarter-finals. After their opening victory against DR Congo (1-0) in Group D, the Harambee Stars secured a valuable draw this Thursday against Angola (1-1).
Early behind on a goal from Jo Paciencia (7th), the Kenyans reacted five minutes later thanks to a penalty converted by Austin Odhiambo (15th).
Reduced to ten men after Marvon Nabwire was sent off in the 21st minute, the Harambee Stars still managed to maintain the draw (1-1), a result which brings them a little closer to qualifying for the quarter-finals.
