Coupe du monde U20 : Le Nigeria arrache sa qualification en huitièmes de finale

The African continent will have three teams in the round of 16 of the U20 World Cup. After South Africa and Morocco, Nigeria has also secured its place in the next round. On the final day of the group stage, the young Nigerians snatched a draw against Colombia (1-1).

Trailing on a goal from Kever Gonzales (51st minute), they equalized in the final minutes, through Daniel Barney, from the penalty spot (86th minute). This allows Nigeria to qualify for the round of 16 as the best third-placed team.
