Il faudra qu’il y ait trace de cet imaginaire né en 1967 et devenu histoire vraie et belle dans les années 2000. J’étais enfant en 1967 et si tous mes camarades de classe de CP étaient aujourd’hui autour de moi, 58 ans après, je leur aurais dit : « notre imaginaire est devenu réalité, savourons-le ».
Dans notre livre basé sur la méthode répétitive CLAD, l’exceptionnel footballeur Sadio qui nous faisait rêver existe bel et bien. Pourtant, il n’était même pas né en ce temps-là. Puis, il est venu tel un messie, avec un prénom et un nom, Sadio MANÉ. Si cet Homme ne figure pas dans l’histoire écrite de notre pays, nous pourrons dire que nous sommes plus que des ingrats. N’attendons pas pour que les générations de jeunes sénégalais à venir encore et encore aient la chance de savoir. Merci Monsieur Sadio MANÉ et qu’Allah fasse que ta vie et ton œuvre soient la plus longue possible et dans le même bonheur que celui que tu nous as procuré.
