Moussa Niakhaté: 6/10
Like his central defender, Moussa Niakhaté was not troubled. Always focused in his interventions, he produced a clean performance. On the offensive side, he made several interesting passes with his left foot.
El Hadji Malick Diouf: 5/10
Very clumsy with his crosses in the first half, El Hadji Malick Diouf didn't contribute much offensively. In the second half, he recovered a little, showing himself to be more solid defensively. Given his potential, the West Ham player can do even better.
Idrissa Gana Gueye: 5/10
Positioned in front of the defense, Gana Gueye didn't have much to do against a limited opponent. Guilty of a few dangerous ball losses, he nevertheless made up for it by cutting off several of his opponent's transitions. Thanks to his experience, he did some useful defensive work.

Pape Matar Sarr: 7/10
Very active at the start of the match, Pape Matar Sarr tried several times to make an impact in midfield. Late in the first half, he almost scored the second goal with a powerful shot that was saved by the goalkeeper. In the second half, he maintained a high volume of play. A full performance from the Tottenham player.
Iliman Ndiaye: 7/10
Positioned as a playmaker, Iliman Ndiaye led the Lions' attack. He stood out in the 26th minute by providing an assist for Ismaïla Sarr on a superb cross. His technique and mobility challenged the Sudanese defense. In the 39th minute, he came close to scoring on a precise cross from Krépin Diatta. In the second half, he continued his momentum, providing several good offensive inspirations.
Sadio Mané: 7/10
Active from the first half, Sadio Mané created several chances without managing to finish. Immediately after the break, he doubled the lead (46th minute). In the 59th minute, he earned a penalty which he gifted to Nicolas Jackson for the fourth goal.

Nicolas Jackson: 6/10
Often criticized for his lack of realism, Nicolas Jackson delivered an interesting performance. As he did against DR Congo, he proved effective by converting the penalty awarded by Mané (59th minute).

La qualification n’est pas encore acquise et ce serait une erreur de penser que la Mauritanie ne peut pas obtenir un match un match ou une victoire à Dakar, auquel cas le Sénégal ne se qualifierait pas. Une grosse désillusion est encore possible donc il faut être prudent parce que rien n'est encore joué.
