Lutte : Petit Baye Fall lourdement sanctionné par la FSL
The Senegalese Wrestling Federation (FSL) has come down hard following incidents during the pre-fight face-off between Ibrahima Badiane, known as Petit Baye Fall, and his opponent Boy Dakar. For landing two violent punches on his opponent during the traditional introduction ceremony, the wrestler has received a heavy sanction.
Indeed, found guilty of assaulting his opponent outside the rules, Petit Baye Fall has been suspended from all activities under the Senegalese Wrestling Federation for a period of three (03) years, "from the date of notification of this decision", the FSL indicates in its decision number 3 made public this Monday, February 2, 2026.
During this period, he is formally prohibited from "participating in any official competition, taking part in demonstrations or events organized under the auspices of the FSL, exercising any official function or role related to federal activities."
The Federation is also demanding that the wrestler fully reimburse the advance payment he received from the promoter for the scheduled fight. According to the FSL, this reimbursement stems from a "serious breach" that had "direct consequences on the organization of the fight" and engages "the wrestler's contractual liability."
