Recel de malfaiteurs : Le lutteur Dame Junior présenté au procureur après l'agression d'un policier
Arrested yesterday by the Guédiawaye central police station's urban security unit, wrestler Dame Junior was brought before the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court on Tuesday, December 16, according to Seneweb sources. He is being prosecuted for obstructing police work and harboring criminals.

The police intervention led to the arrest of two suspects caught in the act of robbery with violence. They are tailor S. Camara and ceiling installer A. Ba, both 25 years old and residents of Wakhinane.
It was at this point that the wrestler Dame Junior's brother violently resisted the arrest of the two assailants. According to the police, he brandished a knife to confront the officers of the BR (Brigade de Répression du Banditisme - Brigade for the Repression of Violence). He and his gang fiercely resisted the police, who eventually arrested him. Dame Junior violently intervened, and taking advantage of the confusion, his brother fled.
It was during this confrontation that Officer SD, head of the Guédiawaye Urban Security Brigade, was seriously wounded in the abdomen with a bladed weapon and hospitalized at King Baudouin Hospital. The bladed weapon used in the attack was seized and confiscated by investigators for the purposes of the investigation. He was in the final stages of preparation for his fight scheduled for Sunday, December 21st, at the National Arena.
