A solemn ritual took place this Wednesday at the Presidential Palace. President Bassirou Diomaye Faye presided over the traditional ceremony of presenting the national flag to the Lions of Senegal. Speaking on behalf of the team, captain Kalidou Koulibaly expressed the group's gratitude. The central defender emphasized the sacred nature of this civic gesture:
