During his speech before the National Assembly, Minister of Justice Ousmane Diagne addressed the reform of the law on the National Office for the Fight against Fraud and Corruption (OFNAC), which, according to him, aims to correct previous inconsistencies and strengthen the independence of an administrative institution, while linking it to the Presidency of the Republic. This, in addition to the selection of the members of this institution, while emphasizing the need for skills and integrity.

Minister Ousmane Diagne responded to the MPs' questions by addressing several issues on Monday during the plenary session on the creation of the OFNAC law.
