A beauty queen experienced an embarrassing moment on stage after her dental veneers came off during her runway walk.

A Miss Thailand contestant is causing a stir online for handling an onstage incident with the calm and grace of a true beauty queen.

Kamolwan Chanago, an 18-year-old beauty pageant contestant, dropped her dentures while appearing at the preliminary competition for Miss Grand Thailand 2026 in Bangkok on Wednesday.

Chanago made her entrance on stage dressed in a sumptuous, shimmering strapless evening gown, accessorized with a feather shawl. Her glossy black hair was styled in side waves, and a line of eyeliner accentuated her eyes.

While she was speaking into the microphone, she was interrupted when her clip-on cosmetic false teeth came loose and fell off.

A spokesperson for Miss Grand International commented on the incident to People.

"During his performance on stage, Kamolwan Chanago experienced a minor and unexpected incident in which his dental veneers came loose," the spokesperson said.

They added: "She handled the situation professionally and calmly, and the event ran smoothly. We are proud of her confidence and stage presence throughout the competition."

The Miss Grand Thailand final is scheduled for Saturday, and the winner will represent Thailand at Miss Grand International 2026 in India.
