Gabon : Amnistie pour les auteurs des putschs de 2019 et 2023
On 12 August 2025, the Gabonese government adopted an order granting a general amnesty to the perpetrators of the coup d'état of 30 August 2023, which overthrew Ali Bongo, as well as to the participants in the attempted coup of 7 January 2019 who are still in detention.
Chairing the Council of Ministers, General Brice Oligui Nguema presented this measure as a gesture of appeasement and national reconciliation.

Franchement ce prefet doit ceder la place
Les auteurs du push de janvier 2023 se sont taillés une loi d'amnistie en faveur de leur propre personne. Ai-je bien compris ?
