Amadou Ba rend un vibrant hommage à Fanta Sall
Senegal has lost one of its most respected political figures. The Honorable Fanta Sall, a former member of the National Assembly, has passed away, leaving behind an indelible mark on the collective memory of Koungheul and beyond.
In an emotional message, Amadou Ba, president of the New Responsibility movement, paid tribute to the memory of the woman he described as "a woman of conviction and commitment," emphasizing her exemplary role in serving the general interest.
"I remember her as a committed woman who, throughout her career, always showed me her support and consideration, with constant loyalty in the service of Senegal," he said.
Fanta Sall, known for her commitment to republican values and her dedication to the people of Koungheul, marked her time in the House with a dignified presence and a just word. Her passing is a tremendous loss for her family, her loved ones, and all those who crossed her path.
Amadou Ba also expressed his condolences to the local authorities, in particular to the mayor of Koungheul and the president of the departmental council, as well as to the inhabitants of the commune which she represented with honor.
"May his example continue to inspire our collective commitment," he added, before concluding with a prayer: "May Allah SWT welcome him into His infinite mercy and grant him a place of choice in His Paradise."
