Braquage à Tivaouane : Près d’un million F CFA emporté dans une usine de conditionnement de sucre
The sum of 997,425 CFA francs was stolen by a gang of armed criminals who attacked a sugar packaging factory belonging to Atlantic Groupe Industrie in Aynoumadi, Tivaouane, on the night of Friday to Saturday.
The attackers, nine in number, wearing balaclavas and armed with machetes, homemade rifles, and hammers, according to the Asian production manager, "entered the factory around 2 a.m., neutralized and tied up the two guards." They then went to his apartment upstairs and tried to extract information from him about the location of the funds. When he refused, they reportedly lightly injured his forehead.
The officer alerted the Tivaouane urban police station at 6:45 a.m., who arrived at the scene. There, they interviewed staff and witnesses to identify the criminals, who managed to escape.

Saly - Tivaouane - Mboro, les bandits auraient-ils déplacé leurs activités dans la région de Thiès ? Il faudrait que les populations soient plus vigilantes.
Ce qui est bizarre ça ne choque plus personne, ce pays risque d'être comme l'Afrique du Sud ou le Mexique avec cette justice gangrène par la corruption, des bandits sont libérés avec les grâce présidentielles après avoir donné de l'argent .
les attaques vont se multiplier si les forces defense ne reagissent pas en consequence
