Justice : Souleymane Teliko dévoile le plan stratégique 2025-2029 du CFJ
The Judicial Training Center (CFJ) presented its strategic development plan for the period 2025-2029 on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. According to its director, Souleymane Teliko, this plan aims to meet the challenges of the judicial sector by relying on modern management and a culture of continued excellence.
During a workshop devoted to the CFJ's development strategy for the decade 2025-2035, Mr. Teliko detailed the two main objectives of this plan. The first aims to establish a long-term, proactive, and innovative vision to anticipate and address judicial challenges. The second seeks to strengthen the CFJ's organizational efficiency through modern management principles and a dynamic of continuous improvement.
Souleymane Teliko expressed his desire to position the CFJ as a center of excellence, capable of supporting developments in the judicial sector through skills development. He also highlighted the ambition to expand regionally and internationally through strategic partnerships, the sharing of best practices, and the consolidation of the CFJ as a benchmark in judicial training. "This plan embodies a clear and shared vision for the future: a future where we will transform challenges into opportunities and issues into levers for growth," he said.
Faced with technical constraints and scarce resources, the director emphasized the importance of partnerships to compensate for budgetary shortfalls. "We have emphasized partnerships because they are an essential lever to overcome financial shortfalls," he explained, calling on his colleagues to demonstrate greater innovation and imagination.
Finally, Mr. Teliko recalled that this strategic plan meets a legal obligation, in accordance with the orientation law n°2022-08, which establishes strategic planning as a key tool for governance and performance.
