Sonaged : les concessionnaires reprennent leurs prestations après des engagements de l’État
The Collective of Cleaning Concessionaires of Senegal (CCNS) announced, on November 12, 2025, the resumption of its activities throughout the country, after several days of shutdown caused by delays in the payment of their invoices by SONAGED SA.
In a press release, the CCNS announced that after several consultations with the authorities, two main measures were adopted: "to proceed today with the payment of at least 25% of the debt as of 07/31/2025" and "to put in place a plan for the complete settlement of the balance in the 2026 budget currently being drawn up."
Appreciating this "significant political will being implemented", the collective says it will immediately resume its cleaning services and reaffirms its confidence in the authorities for the proper execution of the agreed plan.
The collective of cleaning concessionaires in Senegal recalls that the suspension of their activities was "an involuntarily imposed decision" due to the accumulation of unpaid bills.
