Lancement de Marva Academy : 15 participants formés aux métiers du son
Marva Group has launched its Marva Academy. From March 30th to 31st, 2026, the organization held a training session in sound engineering and live performance techniques at the Noom Hotel in Dakar. The opening ceremony was presided over by the Minister of National Education, Moustapha Guirassy, and attended by several dignitaries, including Marva Group CEO Mamadou Diop. After two days of training, fifteen participants received certificates.
Baaba Maal pays tribute to Colonel Arva Kane
During an after-work event, singers including Souleymane Faye and Carlou D shared the stage to celebrate this initiative.
On this occasion, Baaba Maal performed a song dedicated to Colonel Arva Kane, wife of Mamadou Diop, founder of Marva Group.
