Chambre criminelle de Dakar : Le procès Ndella Madior et Cie renvoyé au 10 février
For the summons of her co-defendants who are on provisional release, the criminal chamber of Dakar has postponed the trial of Ndella Madior Diouf to February 10, 2026.
The owner of the Keur Yeurmandé orphanage, Ndella Madior Diouf, and 10 of her associates are accused of human trafficking, illegally practicing medicine, depriving a person of food or care resulting in death without intent to kill, endangering the lives of others, failing to assist a person in danger, improperly obtaining a burial certificate, violating burial laws, manslaughter, failure to register a birth, and complicity in these offenses, except for failure to register a birth. Four of the accused are in custody. The others are out on bail.
