In the press release issued by the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, and signed by the Secretary of State to the Prime Minister, responsible for Relations with Institutions and Government Spokesperson, Marie Rose Khady Fatou Faye, it was announced that the Head of State, Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, had made appointments to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Urban Planning, Local Authorities and Territorial Development, and the Ministry of Infrastructure. These appointments are listed below.

The President of the Republic has taken the following decisions:

Under the authority of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce

• Mr. Mamadou Lamine NDIAYE, Commissioner for Economic Investigations, payroll number 681 520/D, is appointed Director General of the Agency for the Promotion of Industrial Sites (APROSI), replacing Mr. Amadou GUEYE;

• Mr. Moussa BA, Logistics Specialist, is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Market Regulation Agency (ARM), replacing Mr. El Hadji Malick MBOUP.

Under the authority of the Ministry of Urban Planning, Local Authorities and Territorial Development

• Ms. Aminata Bandel WANE, Urban Planner, formerly Director of Urban Planning and Regulations, is appointed Director General of Urban Planning and Architecture, replacing Mr. Abdoulaye DIOUF, who has been called to other duties.

Under the authority of the Ministry of Fisheries and Maritime Economy.

• Mr. Cheikh FALL, Fisheries Engineer, payroll number 615 679/B, is appointed Director of Maritime Fisheries (DPM), replacing Mr. Ismaila NDIAYE, who has been called to other duties.

• Ms. Adja Awa Sogue GUEYE, Economist-Planner, payroll number 663 795/Z, is appointed Director of Planning, Monitoring-Evaluation and Foresight.
