Tivaouane : La Ministre de la Famille apporte appui et assistance aux familles religieuses
In accordance with her missions of support and assistance to religious families during major events, the Minister of Family and Solidarity, Ms. Maimouna DIEYE, went to Tivaouane, in order to provide the government's contribution to the success of Gamou 2025, celebration of the birth of the Prophet Mohammed (PSL).
At the head of a delegation, the Minister visited the General Caliph of the Tidjanes, Serigne Mbaye Sy Mansour, on whose behalf she was received by Sokhna Aïda, to whom she conveyed the government's message of respect and fraternity.
She then met with Serigne Mbaye Sy Abdou, known as "NDiol Fouta", who encouraged her to continue her mission in the service of families and vulnerable populations, before meeting Serigne Habib Sy, who urged her to stay focused on her objectives.
The Minister also announced the mobilization of the Ginddi Center for the care of lost children, in synergy with the Ministries of Justice, Health and COSCAS.
Furthermore, the Senegalese Agency for Universal Health Coverage (SEN-CSU) will deploy enrollment systems in several religious centers, notably in Tivaouane and Kaolack, in order to allow populations to quickly access health insurance valid for 12 months throughout the country.
On this occasion, food, hygiene products and various other support were provided to contribute to the smooth running of the Mawloud-Al-Nabi celebration.

Quand les deniers du contribuable sont dépensés annuellement dans des célébrations qui ne sont pas du ressort de l’état, le minimum que l’on nous doit s’appelle « Transparence » !
Quel est donc le budget consacré à ces fêtes multiples ? Il y a façons et façons de gaspiller et nous avons besoin d’y voir clair. Je n’agresse personne, je veux simplement faire valoir mon droit de sénégalais ! Quand on nous promet la « rupture », nous sommes en droit de l’exiger.
je me rappelle qu'on nous avait dit qu'il y a des sacs d'argent qui trainent dans les chambres des maisons religieuses , tous les adiyas qui sont envoyés par les tabilés .Nos familles religieuses roulent dans l'or , voyagent dans des conditions que vous ne pouvez imaginer (je sais de quoi je parle) je pense que tôt ou tard au Sénégal il y aura de vraies questions sur les tarikas et cela a même commencé....
