Jetée en prison par son époux pour une histoire de ventilateur : La décision du juge contre la dame Y. Fall
The incarceration of Y. Fall, a resident of Keur Birima (Notto Diobass commune), had sparked heated controversy. Many people can breathe a sigh of relief, as this woman has been released by the judge of the Thiès District Court. Prosecuted for assault and battery, Y. Fall is to be tried this Monday.
At the Thiès District Court, she confessed the facts before recanting the reasons. Her voice breaking into tears, Y. Fall declared that when she bought a fan to protect their 3-year-old child from the intense heat, her husband, K. Diagne, came to unplug it, while ordering her to remove the device from their marital home. And to avoid any problems, the woman took the fan and went to her mother's house to keep it.
Y. Fall said that a few days later, when she found the heat unbearable, she went back to retrieve the fan and plug it back in her room. Her husband was not always able to accept this. Wanting to unplug the device again and throw it outside, the wife opposed this. This led to a fight between them. Y. Fall then revealed that her husband punched her, and it was under these circumstances that she picked up the fan and hit him in the head. "I didn't intend to hurt him. I did it to defend myself," Y. Fall said.
As for K. Diagne, his husband, he said he forbade his wife from plugging in her fan in the house because she refused to let him use a television that his brother had bought for him. With injuries to his head and arm, K. Diagne denounced that his wife was disrespecting him.
Considering the facts consistent, the public prosecutor requested that the law be applied. At the end of the hearing, the judge found Y. Fall guilty of CBV and sentenced her to a suspended fine of 20,000 FCFA.

C’est du sexisme inconcevable. La dame est en état de légitime défense mais on la condamne quand même. C’est du n’importe quoi. Un ignare de procureur.

Il faut savoir prendre de la hauteur. Ce gars est un peu puéril. S’il ne veut plus de la dame il n’a qu'à divorcer mais s’accrocher à des menus faits pour amener sa femme en justice au grand dam de leur enfant de 3 ans c’est vraiment vil.

La dame doit retourner chez ses parents, elle a affaire à un mec sadique, il n'a même pas pitié de son enfant qui souffre de la chaleur. La prochaine fois, tu sortiras de sa maison sur un brancard.
