Saraya : Quatre tonnes de produits impropres à la consommation incinérées
Saraya incinerated four tons of illicit and expired products, worth an estimated 2.2 million CFA francs, on Monday. The operation, led by Deputy Prefect Mamadou Farba Sy, took place at the garbage dump located on the Nafadji road, in the presence of several administrative authorities, including Deputy Sub-Prefect of Bembou Mamadou Kanté Diallo, as well as representatives of departmental services and the defense and security forces.
The destroyed goods seized by the hygiene sub-brigade mainly included expired drinks, sweets, broths, and medications. "In total, four tons of illicit and unfit products were seized. We regret their introduction into the department," said Mr. Sy, praising the rigorous work of the hygiene service.
The administrative authority also urged traders and consumers to adopt a culture of vigilance and reporting to curb the circulation of these dangerous products. "The fight against banditry and the sale of prohibited products is everyone's business," he insisted.

D’abord la réglementation sénégalaise interdit le brulage à l'air libre. Pourtant c'est devant une autorité que ça se fait.
Le Sénégal reste quand même un pays très bizarre.
Même pas fichu d'avoir un incinérateur aux standards dans chaque région. Même pour le yamba il faut bruler à l'air libre. Et on parle de développement durable...
